Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)

Print

Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) is a condition caused by obstruction of the peripheral arteries. Patients with PAD show an increased risk for cardiovascular events. These events are the most common cause of death among these patients. Early diagnosis and treatment are thus important (specially for patients with critical limb ischemia (CLI) ) and objective measurements such as ankle/toe-brachial index calculations (ABI/TBI)Pulse Volume Recordings (PVR), and transcutaneous oxygen measurements are recommended. (TASC II).

The Vascular Lab – PeriFlux System 5000 provides a streamlined, all-in-one solution for high-quality assessment of the vascular status.
Combining different technologies in the same modular solution, the Vascular Lab – PeriFlux System 5000 gives You the tools to perform several objective tests using the same equipment and software.
