Microcirculatory measurements in muscle Invasive blood perfusion measurements in muscle can be performed using PeriFlux System 5000equipped with PROBE 402 introduced into the tissue to desired depth through a cannula. Another option, especially for chronic measurements, is PROBE 418 and plastic microtips which can be left in the muscle.
