PROBE 426 Bone Probe

Intended for blood perfusion measurements in bone and medulla. Examples of application areas are to verify appropriate cutting regions at bone necrosis, verify blood perfusion during and after transplantations and at supervision after transplantation. The probe consists of PROBE 426 Bone Probe holder, and fixation arrangement.

In practice, a hole is drilled in the bone. The Bone Probe holder is screwed into place by the fixation arrangement. Suitable length of the probe holder depends on how deep the bone is located in the body. PROBE 426 is then inserted into the probe holder and fixed in the probe holder.
