A word from our CEO
For over 40 years, Perimed has empowered clinicians and researchers with technologies that help them save lives, preserve limbs, and develop new therapies. As I step into the role of CEO, I do so with a growth mindset, ensuring we build on that legacy.
Workforce shortages, post-COVID-19 spending cuts, and the demands of an aging population are among the top challenges facing healthcare providers today. Not surprisingly, the adoption of new technology has slowed as operational pressures take priority.
These challenges, along with the increasing prevalence of conditions such as diabetes and peripheral artery disease (PAD), emphasize the need to raise awareness of the of the critical role of microcirculation in diagnosis and treatment, and to provide solutions that are easy to integrate, quick to learn, and deliver immediate value — this is what I mean by building on Perimed’s legacy.
