PeriFlux 6000

The current PeriFlux generation, PeriFlux 6000, supports a comprehensive range of macro- and microcirculation measurements. Leveraging laser Doppler and advanced signal processing PeriFlux 6000 delivers robust (precise, accurate, repeatable, and objective) measurements, ensuring suitability for patient assessment, follow-up, as well as longitudinal research.

The PeriFlux 6000 portfolio comprises a range of instruments for both clinical and clinical research purposes with some specialized solutions for clinical research. PeriFlux 6000 supports a wide range of established clinical exams, including skin perfusion pressure (SPP), transcutaneous oxygen (TcpO2), ankle pressure and ABI, toe pressure and TBI, pulse volume recording (PVR).

Our iontophoresis solution PeriIont is a useful companion to PeriFlux 6000 for researchers looking to study microcirculatory responses to drug delivery.

PeriCam PSI

Designed for use in clinical settings, clinical research, and preclinical research, our PeriCam PSI imagers leverage laser speckle contrast imaging (LSCI) to deliver blood perfusion data, images, and video in real-time.

All PeriCam PSI instruments are non-contact, noninvasive, and non-destructive, with capabilities to deliver high-resolution images of small, highly detailed areas of interest to large parts of the body.

LASCA and LSCI

Laser speckle contrast imaging (LSCI) is the innovative technology behind PeriCam PSI, offering non-contact, high-resolution perfusion imaging. The technique was first described by J.D. Briers and S. Webster in 1996 and referred to as laser speckle contrast analysis (LASCA). In later years, the term LSCI gained in popularity and is nowadays the more common term. However, LSCI and LASCA both refer to the same technique, providing precise and reliable perfusion data without the need for contrast agents.
